Oak St IPA

Trying to get creative with these names...not my strong suit.  Anyways, made an IPA that added oak chips for some drychipping...This one will come in at a weak 5.8%



S.G:    1.062
F.G:    1.018
ABV:  5.8%

Ingredients:

6 lbs. Gold liquid malt extract
3.3 lbs. Amber LME
8 oz. Caramel 40L specialty grains
2 oz. Cascade
1 oz. Willamette
1 oz. Goldings pellet hops
White Labs Yeast

Also, did not add the full 5 oz of sugar...trying to get the carbonation under control.  Brewed on December 11, added the wood chips after 6 days and bottled January 2nd.  Now we wait...
