Also, did not add the full 5 oz of sugar...trying to get the carbonation under control. Brewed on December 11, added the wood chips after 6 days and bottled January 2nd. Now we wait...
Ohhh I like the graphic. I would also like to add that from my pre carbonated sample, the oak chips added a buttery flavor similar to a good chardonay. I'm loooking forwrd to this one
